1. Listings
- Anyone may sponsor an eligible public YouTube channel. Sponsoring does not prove ownership or affiliation.
- BidTube derives a short public blurb from verified YouTube channel metadata. Sponsors do not write listing copy.
- The server-derived blurb locks after the first approved payment so later sponsors cannot rewrite it.
- BidTube may hide or remove illegal, deceptive, impersonating, abusive, or unsafe listings.
2. Bids and rank
- Targets are whole US dollars. A new listing starts at $1 or more.
- For a listed channel, you pay the difference between its current lifetime total and your chosen target. A top-up may cost $1.
- Every approved payment adds the amount actually paid. Concurrent payments may push a channel above either sponsor's quoted target.
- Paid channels rank by lifetime approved total, highest first. Equal totals favor the channel listed first.
- Standard bids have no guaranteed duration. Another approved bid may change rank immediately.
- A projected rank is a quote, not a reservation. Another approved payment may change it before yours completes.
3. Payment confirmation
- A browser success page never changes rank by itself.
- BidTube applies a contribution only after an approved, signed server callback passes order, amount, currency, and merchant checks.
- Duplicate callbacks do not add the same contribution twice.
- Reversed or charged-back payments are removed exactly once and may change rank.
4. Three-hour takeover
- A takeover target is exactly twice the current #1 lifetime total. The selected channel pays only the difference from its existing total.
- The first approved takeover payment receives page one for three hours. Normal bids continue while it runs.
- If Dodo takeover payments race, the first verified payment wins. Every later racing payment receives no ranking credit and enters automatic full-refund processing.
- An expired takeover quote cannot activate a takeover. If its payment completes late, it receives no ranking credit and enters automatic full-refund processing.
5. What placement means
BidTube sells promotional placement on bidtube.lol only. A bid does not buy YouTube views, subscribers, endorsement, channel ownership, or favorable treatment from YouTube's systems.
