Using BidTube
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious links, false identity claims, or material that infringes another person's rights.
Placement purchase
A successful payment purchases public promotional placement governed by the current BidTube rules. Rank can change immediately when other payments confirm. A Dodo takeover payment that loses a concurrent race or completes after its quote expires receives no ranking credit and enters automatic full-refund processing. Except for duplicate charges, those takeover refunds, or circumstances required by law, payments are generally final once placement is delivered.
Moderation and availability
BidTube may hide a channel, suspend bidding, reverse an improper contribution, or restrict access to protect users, comply with law, address payment risk, or preserve leaderboard integrity. We may change or discontinue features, but we will not intentionally fabricate paid totals.
Third-party services
YouTube, Dodo Payments, Ko-fi, PayPal, Flitt, Supabase, Vercel, and X are independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. BidTube is not sponsored by or affiliated with YouTube. YouTube is a trademark of its owner.
No guarantee
Placement is provided as available. BidTube does not guarantee traffic, revenue, subscribers, search position, uninterrupted availability, or any YouTube outcome. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid to BidTube for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
